Project Description
Vibra Healthcare Facility was in need of a superior reinforcement method for multiple concrete applications for their multi-story facility in Mechanicsburg, PA. Steel reinforcement was originally specified for this project but was ultimately abandoned upon discovering FORTA-FERRO® and its advantages. FORTA-FERRO® was used to reinforce both slab-on-deck and slab-on-ground applications for the healthcare facility in order to reduce cracking and overall project costs. With the ease of placing FORTA-FERRO®, compared to steel reinforcement, the owner was also able to save construction time.
