Project Description
A major automobile manufacturer needed superior reinforcement for slab-on-ground floor applications for their large warehouse in Brazil. The factory floors, which withstands extremely heavy car manufacturing machinery daily, were in need of a reinforcement method that would endure impacts and extremely heavy loads without cracking. With this information in mind, specifiers chose to use FORTA-FERRO® to reinforce floors in two parts of the manufacturing facility, totaling 40,000 square meters of concrete. Due to its superior durability and impact resistance, FORTA-FERRO® was an excellent solution to the project’s needs.
