Project Description
Reserves at Southpoint needed an easy to use and cost-effective reinforcement method for their condominium floors and their resident garage floors. The complex owners chose to use FORTA-FERRO® for their slab-on-ground applications due to its superior durability, ability to reduce cracking, and ability to easily mix, place and finish extremely well. FORTA-FERRO® was chosen as an alternative to traditional steel reinforcement, resulting in much lower project labor costs.
