Project Description
Duke Realty’s Perimeter Park, an office and industrial park, with more than 3.1 million square feet of existing space with additional land available for up to another 1.5 million square feet of development. The concrete for this project, reinforced with FORTA-FERRO®, was easily pumped into place. The project owner and contractor were pleased at the fact that wire reinforcement was not utilized on the deck to cause safety issues as well as interfere with the electrical/pumping equipment. Duke Realty stated that they saved a week of time from not having to place wire mesh. They also commented on the reduced liability for possible injury due to the elimination of the wire mesh, too.
