Project Description
Maryland Live Casino, a newly built casino in Arundel Mills, MD, was in need of a superior reinforcement method for the 2nd floor of their parking garage. Project owners and specifiers chose to reinforce the parking garage slab-on-metal-deck with FORTA-FERRO® due to its ease of placement, superior durability and reduced cost compared to traditional steel reinforcement. Overall, the owners were pleased with the outcome of the project and the way the fiber allowed for the concrete to finish.
