Project Description
An industrial conveyor belt manufacturer for food processing and other warehouse applications utilized FORTA-FERRO® in slab-on-ground applications. FORTA-FERRO® was used to replace specified steel fiber for a 10-1/2” thick slab. The macro synthetic fiber mixed and finished extremely well. The use of FORTA-FERRO® also reduced the worry of slab staining due to the rusting that often happens with the use of steel fibers.
