Project Description
FORTA-FERRO® was used to reinforce Phase II of the Kaumualii highway widening project. FORTA-FERRO® was chosen in order to extend the concrete life and reduce maintenance costs. Using fiber in the mix will allow the widened road to last for years to come. The project was praised by local DOT officials about its role in helping to address traffic issues.
