Project Description
FORTA-FERRO was used to reinforce several precast concrete walls for a horse stable construction in the Netherlands. Anton Construction & Concrete Engineering was asked to contribute to create a stable with horse stalls that looked good, were low-maintenance, and durable. After discussion, prefab concrete was chosen,that would be reinforced with Forta-Ferro macro synthetic fiber. The use of FORTA-FERRO allowed for tougher and more durable precast walls that could be easily cast, transported, and placed without breaking. The convenience of this design coupled with fiber reinforcement saved the owners time and money.
