Project Description
The newly built Cumberland Valley High School required multiple slab-on-ground and slab-on-metal-deck applications for the building. FORTA-FERRO® was specified to reinforce the 6,500 pounds of concrete for these slab applications. The macro synthetic fiber was chosen over competing reinforcement methods and was specified to replace steel. The use of FORTA-FERRO® helped to reduce the project construction time because cumbersome steel reinforcement was replaced.
