Project Description
Harrington Suites is a luxury apartment building in Luyang that was in need of a strong and durable concrete topping for the high rise rooftop. The specifiers chose to use FORTA-FERRO® as the reinforcement method due to its ability to reduce cracking and improve overall durability. During the construction process, the workers commented on how easily and uniformly FORTA-FERRO® was distributed into the mix. In addition, the fiber was undetectable at the surface – creating a smooth surface. The use of FORTA-FERRO® also aided in worker safety because heavy steel reinforcement was not lifted to the top floor.
